Your access and usage (including fees) may be subject to the terms of your agreement as a mobile phone service provider or Internet service provider. Some features of the software can help you access the Internet more efficiently, but software usage calculations may differ from your service provider`s measurements. You are always responsible (i) for understanding and complying with the terms of your own plans and agreements and (ii) for any problems arising from the use or access to networks, including public/open networks. You can only use the software to connect with the networks and disclose access information to those networks if you have the right to do so. The duly licensed software essentially works as described in all Microsoft materials that are attached to the software. However, the manufacturer or installer and Microsoft do not provide a contractual guarantee regarding the licensed software. After receiving the signed CLAs, the distributor informs Microsoft via an online utility that the agreement has been signed (without being changed).

After that date, the OEM has the right to start purchasing embedded maturity licenses from Microsoft from any authorized Microsoft Embedded distributor. The OEM also has access to ™mobile – Embedded Communications Extranet (ECE) from Microsoft, where the OEM can access and download software updates, forms and announcements for Microsoft Embedded products. This agreement describes your rights and the conditions under which you can use Windows software. You should review the entire agreement, including all additional licensing conditions that are attached to the Software and all related conditions, as all conditions are important and together establish this Agreement that applies to you. You can check the related terms by inserting the link (aka.ms/) into a browser window. b. Autonomous software. If you purchased the software as standalone software (as well as the software you purchased as standalone software), you can transfer the software to another device that belongs to you.

You can also transfer the software to a device owned by another person if (i) you are the first licensed user of the software and (ii) the new user accepts the terms of this Contract. You can use the backup copy we allow you or the media on which the software came to transfer the software. Each time you transfer the software to a new device, you need to remove the software from the previous device.
